HIREP - Home Inspection Real Estate Professional
The purpose of this course is to teach real estate agents the principles and practices of the home inspection process. Students will learn about performing the inspection, writing reports, legal issues, structural components of the home, exterior and interior components, and exteriors such as landscaping, retaining walls, patios and driveways. Roofing systems, drainage systems, insulation and ventilation, electrical, plumbing and air conditioning systems are also included in this all encompassing curriculum.
